My Experience
I work with children, teens, adults, and families. I have experience with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges as well as addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression. I received my education from Phillips Graduate University with a master’s degree in psychology and an emphasis in school counseling. I have a strong passion for helping my clients recognize their strengths, and empower them to create positive change in their lives.
My Style
I gravitate towards a strength-based narrative approach to collaborate with my clients on curated goals and to build a trusting therapeutic alliance. By utilizing techniques based in narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness, I hope to help you develop meaningful growth and a deeper understanding of yourself. I am also trained in ERP (exposure and response prevention), an evidenced based therapy to treat OCD, and other anxiety disorders.
